	About Utsav Confluence of Culture and Traditions… Vijayanagara Mahotsavam. Vijayanagara festival, which is a symbol of Uttarandhra’s culture and traditions, folk arts, rituals, affections will be held for two days from October 13 to 14 this year. These festivals are being held successfully since 2002 till date and it is a tradition to hold them every year on the next week of Dasara. Uttarandhra Ilavelpu Sri Paidithalli Ammavari festival has been organized by the district administration to organize Vijayanagaram Utsavalu for two days this year as well. Reflecting the arts of Uttarandhra… artists from all over the state are invited to give various art performances. Various kinds of traditional dance performances, tiger costumes, musical nights, flower and fruit displays have prepared the arena to entertain the viewers and visitors. The streets and main roads of the city are decorated with colorful lights.
