Media / TV Monitoring Cell
Nodal Officer: Sri D.Ramesh, DPRO, Vizianagaram
- Will function from 6AM to 10PM with dedicated staff.
- The staff will watch/track adverse news, complaints, political advertisements etc., by watching of TV/Electronic media/News media and take action as per ECI Guidelines.
Social Media Monitoring Cell
Nodal Officer: Sri V.Srinivas, Project Director, Housing, Vizianagaram
- Will function from 6AM to 10PM with dedicated staff.
- The staff will watch/track adverse news, complaints, political advertisements etc., by watching Social Media platform i.e. Facebook, twitter, Instagram etc., and take action as per ECI Guidelines.
- The staff will post on DEOs Social Media Platforms i.e. Facebook, twitter, Instagram, Youtube etc from time to time
Complaints Monitoring Cell & 24 X 7 Complaints Receiving Cell
Monitoring Officer: Sri P.Balaji, Chief Planning Officer, Vizianagaram
- The Officer In-charge & Staff will monitor the complaints received through cVIGIL App on MCC violation
and the action will be as follows: - Assign to concerned FST within 5 minutes
- FST shall rush to the location within 15 minutes & submit report to RO with in next 30 Minutes.
- RO will take decision/action on the complaint within next 50 minutes.
- Total process will be completed on the complaint within 100 minutes.
1950 Call Centre
Citizens can complaint/seek information related to Election through 1950 Toll Free Number. Such complaints will be registered and forwarded directly to the Returning Officer concerned for taking action
NGSP, Saksham App, Voter Helpline:
Citizen can complain/seek information through National Grievance Service Portal (NGSP),
Voter Helpline, Voter Portal etc., and the complaint will be resolved as per SLA
Saksham App designed to help the Differently abled Persons (PwD) in connection with Election related Grievances/services like Request for New Registration/ Migration/EPIC Correction, request for Wheel Chair and many more.
24 X 7 Call Centre (Toll Free)
Established to receive the complaints/Grievances through dedicated Landline Numbers (08922-797120/08922-797124) and will be processed as per ECI Guidelines.
Reports Monitoring Cell
Monitoring Officer : Sri Raj Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, ZPP, Vizianagaram
All the relevant reports will be submitted to CEO through District Election Officer,Vizianagaram from time to time as per instructions
